Tommy Haynes from the Paderborn Rat Pack sent me an email saying that the Polar Bear Run that starts at Main Street in Waterloo is also a go for New Year's Day. It will leave Main Street about noon goes to the Fountain Inn and then to the Corner Pub in Valmeyer before returing to Main Street. Where there is always some good eats put out by Paul.

Also there is the Polar Bear jump at Smitty's at the Marina in New Athens
