Good news for conceal and carry fans

I have just received some news that some Illinois communities are respecting Missouri laws regarding the wear of helmets even if the Missouri citizen is in Illinois a state which does not require the wearing of a helmet. Yes they wrote a Missouri citizen a ticket for not wearing a helmet in Illinois. I am sure these same communities would also respect other Missouri laws then. It is after all a logical extension. So therefore they would allow a Missouri resident to conceal and carry because that is the law in their home state. This is just another way that the state of Illinois is persecuting motorcyclists. Well their governor's habits are expensive, you know even though he wanted the job and even though he knew where his office would be, expecting the governor to live in Springfield, in oh the governors mansion was too much to ask of this gentleman. So instead he is shuttled back and forth at the taxpayers expense so those revenues have to come from somewhere so it appears he wants to take those monies from bikers.
