If You're Going To The Lake
A quick word to the wise if you are planning to enjoy this great riding weather at the Lake of The Ozarks area. Several motorcyclists have been spotted pulled over by the local mounties in Osage Beach in separate incidents. No cars were seen stopped, just motorcycles. Not sure what the reason was for the stop. Speeding? Noise? Sobriety? Or just plain harassment?

It was mid- morning when I saw them pulled over so I don' think sobriety was the issue. Another clue was one was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association.
I attended the LOTO BIKEFEST last weekend and it SUCKED...The cops were terrible and the EVENT was a cluster---- . Whoever organized this event had their head up their butts. I paid $4.50 for a bottle of beer at the Horny Toad and the Vendors were pissed off because of the low attendance. If there were 1500 bikes, I would be surprised. I will not attend next year.....
