The newest member of the Sportster family was initially launched in Valencia, Spain in May. However, it was only available in the European market until now. Harley-Davidson dealers in the US are now taking orders for the initial release of 750 US version XR1200's. There is no word about this on the H-D USA web site yet, but Kent at Bourbeuse Valley confirmed that they are now taking orders. For more information about this bike you can visit the H-D web site setup for the bike in Europe http://www.xrdna.com/ or checkout the story on MotorcycleDaily.com

This is a motorcycle themed restaurant with a broad American menu with many bold items. Take a look at their web site to view the menu and hours at http://www.triumphgrill.com/. Deserts are not shown on the menu, but they have a nice selection of small deserts for only $2 each. With a name like Triumph Grill, it was no surprise when The Biking Life crew ran into the Donelson family who were also enjoying the food and atmosphere. To get a glimpse of the decor we have posted a few pictures in the photo section of The Biking Life web site. First Chuck Graham has been defeated apparently. The race was close and there may be a recount but as of tonight he is a loser which makes us all winners. I hope we played some small role in helping him to be defeated this may clear the way for Missouri legislators to truly the debate the merits of the helmet law.
Secondly and this is on a much happier note Kenny Biermann has won his race for State Representative. Kenny was supported by ABATE and The Biking Life and we offer our congratulations to him and to all who voted Kenny in and also to those who voted Chuck out. |
