The magazine may be a few days late hitting the streets this month. It seems the printer had some press issues. Luckily though through the miracle that Al Gore gave us, the internet, you can read it online right now by clicking here.
As Always I thank you for making us part of your biking life. Wednesday, July 29, 2009Monday, July 27, 2009Another Successful Event
Well we, that being The Biking Life magazine hosted another very successful Midwest Motorcycle Swap Meet yesterday at Jack's Iron Horse in St Louis, the event featured an appearance by the renowned Mowhawk Man, the band Hush and lots of great vendors. I didn't feel real safe though because there were no snipers here unlike our event in Illinois. I guess there aren't promoters who are fear mongers over there.

Tuesday, July 7, 2009I Take Great Pride
Hi readers someone told me one of my competitors is claiming to have a bike night that rivals what we do at Geo's Wings on a regular basis. The thing that makes me proud though is they combine attendance at 3 franchised locations, of a company headquartered in Florida, they themselves are franchised out of Florida, they partner with a radio station that is headquartered in Indianapolis and a brewer that is headquartered in Belgium, it takes all these out of towners with vast resources to compete with The Biking Life magazine and Geo's Wings two independent local businesses. In fact my competitor now has people attending our bike night because in their own words it is fun and they know it is a place where they will find a lot of bikers. I guess I should take that as a compliment.
